You will need to know your ticket number to locate your table in this listing.

e-ticket Check-in Guidelines:

  • – Please have your ticket ready when you arrive at the online check-in table. It is preferable that you have a printed copy of your e-ticket, but we will be able to scan the ticket on your phone (access the code and have it displayed on your screen at 100% brightness).
  • – Your ticket will be scanned for validation, and you will be provided a bracelet for admission. Important: as the purchaser you are responsible to provide each attendee their individual ticket for admission.
  • – You received an email confirmation when you purchased your ticket(s). If you have misplaced this email, please contact tickets@aasuffolkgs-ny.org and we will send you a new email with a link to print out your tickets.
  • – Check-in will start at 8:30 am and continue to about 9:30 am.
  • – Each attendee MUST bring and present their ticket for admission to the event. Each ticket can only be scanned one time.
  • – If you purchased a Group Table of 10 please click on the above link to find your table number. Volunteers will be available to direct you to your table when you check-in on March 1.
  • – If you purchased an individual General Admission ticket, you will be directed by volunteers to one of the available GA tables listed on the group table listing.
