First Area Assembly – Saturday, Feb. 11

TIME: 8:30 am – 3:15 pm (workshops start at 9:15 am, lunch included)
LOCATION: Kellenburg High School (1400 Glenn Curtiss Blvd, Uniondale)

  • Speaking at non-AA meetings: learn how (with time for practice!)
  • GSR / DCM Welcome & “Keeping The Budget Simple”: breaking down the proposed 2017 budget
  • Approving the Nov. 2015 Assembly minutes: review here
  • Introducing the trusted servants of 2017 – 2018: meet the new team serving the groups of southeastern NY (incl. officer + committee chair reports)
  • Approving a 2017 budget: allocating contributions towards our primary purpose
  • Northeast regional directory: Should we list contact info of GSRs? Or our local Intergroups?
