Minutes of SGS Web Committee February 2013

Friday, February 15, 2013, 7pm.

Trinity Evangelical Lutheran

Church Nursery School

PRESENT: John J., Chairperson; Amy, Troy W., Tom C., Joanne F., and Michele E.

John J. and Michele E. were the only ones in attendance at the beginning of the meeting, as traffic held up the remainder of the committee.

We discussed my problems with posting my .pdf file.

 

Previous minutes accepted.

 

Chair’s Report –

  • Workshop was a success.  Now planning for the next one.

 

Committee Comments –

Joanne – The new DCM’s emails have not been updated.  John will speak with the registrar (Mike) and see if he needs assistance with updating the email addresses.

Discussed trashing old website.  Joanne noted that she can still access old website.  John to ask Amy about this situation.

New Business –

  • Amy has been appointed the new Webmaster.  Amy has tweaked site.  All committees are on the system.
  • Set up Chris D. on email.
  • Next workshop – Tentative date Sunday 03/17, at the S.I.A. office from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Our next meeting will be on March 15th, at 7 pm.

Meeting adjourned 7:40 pm.
